Reservation Policies

General Policies

  • A 50% deposit is required to book a reservation.
  • Accepted Credit Card payments include Visa & MasterCard.
  • All prices are in Canadian Dollars.
  • Cancellation policy is: 100% of the deposit less cancellation fee* is refunded if cancelled 60 days or more prior to booking. We apologize but cannot make exceptions to this policy for any reason due to transaction fees and wages incurred through the booking process

*Cancellation fee is $89 to cover transaction fees and administrative labour

  • Customers’ credit card used for booking is retained for damage deposits and additional cleaning fees as needed per the check-in policies provided at check-in.
  • No Refund if cancelled after 60 days before your reservation.
  • Book ONLY by the week (Sat-Sat) during July & August.
  • A 3-night minimum is required on long weekends.
  • Reservation balance due 7 days in advance of shoulder season and 30 days in advance of high season bookings. (Cash, MasterCard and Visa accepted for final payment.)
  • No refund for early check-outs.
  • Registering guests must be at least 19 years of age with valid picture ID.

Camping

  • Rates are based on occupancy of 2 adults and their children under 18 years of age, with one self-contained RV unit and one vehicle per site.
  • Check-in is from 1 PM to 6 PM.
  • Check-out is prior to 11 AM on the date of departure.
  • Well-behaved pets are allowed in the campground. They must be on a leash at all times. Out of respect for others we ask that you keep your pet to the east of the boat launch if at the beach. Owners are expected to clean up after their pets.
  • Quiet time from 11 PM to 7 AM is strictly enforced.
  • Absolutely no fireworks are permitted in the Resort area.
  • Motorized bikes or ATVs are not permitted on Mabel Lake Resort property.
