Housekeeping Positions open for persons capable of attending to our rental accommodations with integrity and attention to detail. The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests, that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening Mabel Lake Resort’s reputation. Part Time help in this division of the resort is great for the person only wanting to work a little bit of their summer while enjoying the resort lifestyle for the remaining hours.
* Please note: this position is seasonal and works from May to middle of October.


Positions available for Campground Maintenance workers, focused on the ongoing maintenance of the resort as well as providing customer services as required by Resort and Marina guests. This is an outdoor position, requiring physically fit individuals capable of climbing stairs, filling boat gas, lifting, raking, and other maintenance duties as needed.
Boat Gas, Boater’s License Required, Propane Ticket recommended.

Position selling General Store and Liquor Agency Inventory to the public. Obtaining payment for goods sold. Working cash register, POS system, stocking shelves and merchandising as required. As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of the Grocery Store Team is to enhance our guests experience, and to serve as a Mabel Lake Resort  Ambassador engaging the guest at every opportunity.
The successful applicants must be able to lift and stock beer and Liquor cases safely, assist with the unloading of grocery and liquor deliveries as well as sweep and mop floors.
Serving it Right Required, Propane Ticket recommended.

We seek an outgoing, motivated and organized individual with Food Safe and cooking experience to work in our Beach Cafe for the months of July and August. This is a full time 10 week position, in a fast paced Ice Cream Scooping, FF Frying and Poutine Melting recreational environment.

Working lakeside in a picturesque resort setting — greeting guests, serving fast food, sharing responsibilities in a team environment. The ideal candidate will be looking for a temporary change of scenery, willing to live in a campground or reside close enough to commute, and lead by example. Cooking, ordering and inventory knowledge/control is a must, as well as Food Safe (or willingness to pass the course) and an optimistic healthy attitude.

This position accurately and efficiently prepares food as directed to ensure the effective running of the Beach Cafe. As an Ice Cream and Treat Server, this fun position requires an outgoing team player, capable of engaging with guests young and old as they ponder their treat selection, while ensuring a smooth moving line-up on hot summer days.
